Kelsey Owen

Kelsey Owen is an experienced professional in benefits, well-being, and career services, currently serving as the Lead Benefits & Well-being Analyst at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since July 2018. Kelsey has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Benefits & Well-being Analyst and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions at Johnson & Wales University, where Kelsey coordinated career events and experiential education, and a Graduate Assistant role at Providence College that focused on marketing and event logistics. Kelsey holds an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Providence College and a BS in Sport Management from the University of Dayton.
