Madison Palmer

Madison Palmer has a diverse work experience. Madison worked at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island from 2020 onwards, holding multiple positions including Manager, Business Planning & Chief of Staff, Program Manager and Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, and Business Planning Analyst. In these roles, they supported various departments and handled strategic planning and execution. Before that, they served as an Employer Segment Intern at Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Madison also worked as a Cashier at Market Basket for over seven years, where they trained and onboarded new employees. Madison was a Community Engagement Intern at Healthwatch Tower Hamlets, where they represented a local health and social care reform organization. Additionally, Madison gained research experience as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at Providence College, where they conducted and presented research on patient and provider communication about cancer-work management. Madison also worked as a Student Staff Worker at Concannon Fitness Center during their time at Providence College. Lastly, Madison interned at Worcester County District Attorney's Office.

Madison Palmer's education history begins with Sutton High School, where they received their High School Diploma from 2013 to 2017. Madison then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy & Management, with minors in Business and Innovation, and Political Science at Providence College from 2017 to 2021.

In 2019, Madison took a brief period to study Public Health at City, University of London. Following this, they obtained certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel 2016 from Microsoft in March 2020.

Continuing their educational journey, Madison is currently enrolled at The University of Arizona Global Campus, where they are pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from 2021 to 2023.
