Magdalena Puczynski

Magdalena Puczynski, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management and data analytics. Currently serving as the Lead Finance Project Manager at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since 2016, Magdalena drives innovative finance operations and analytics strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making. Previously, Magdalena held various positions at The Hanover Insurance Group, including Claims Analytics Lead and Manager of Finance, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, and the establishment of a data-driven culture within the Claims organization. Earlier experience includes financial analysis roles at Injured Workers Pharmacy and Gruner + Jahr, Bertelsmann Group, showcasing a strong background in financial planning and management in diverse industries. Magdalena holds an MBA from Kozminski University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Lodz.
