Stephanie Ceballos

Stephanie Ceballos has extensive experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since September 2014. In this role, Stephanie serves as a Sales Product Owner, facilitating communication with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement Salesforce initiatives. Previously, as a Business Analyst, Stephanie coordinated departmental projects and proposed enhancements to improve service delivery models. Additionally, Stephanie managed the Salesforce CRM Integration project for the Medicare Concierge Team and supported call center training initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Public Information and Public Relations Student Intern at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminology and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
