Tim Willis

Tim Willis, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Provider Payment Integrity and Payment Policy at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, a position held since March 2018. With extensive experience in healthcare payment strategies, Tim has previously held various roles at Mass General Brigham, including Team Lead and Senior Analyst in Payer Strategy and Contracting. Tim also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Instructor in Health Policy and Management at Providence College. Earlier career roles include positions at Boston Medical Center, focusing on physician network development and ambulatory services. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University, along with a BS in Health Policy and Management and a BA in Psychology from Providence College.
