Jordan Toppenberg

Jordan Toppenberg is an experienced Systems Administrator currently working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming since July 2021, with a prior role as a Network Support Specialist. From August 2012 to April 2023, Jordan served as Aquatics Manager for the City of Laramie, where responsibilities included interviewing, training, and hiring staff, as well as maintaining staff certifications. In 2019, Jordan owned and operated a successful summer exterior painting business with College Pro Painters, where tasks involved estimating and contracting projects, building a client base, and managing crews. Jordan obtained an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Laramie County Community College and pursued further education at the University of Wyoming College of Business from 2012 to 2021.
