Adrian M. Wright

Adrian M. Wright, MBA, serves as the Service Operations Director for Provider and Member Resolution Risk Mitigation at Blue Cross of Idaho since November 2021, leading platform redesigns and establishing operational standards for various enrollment types. Previously, from July 2019 to October 2021, Adrian held the position of Regional Director of New Mexico and Texas A&G Operations at Molina Healthcare, focused on compliance and innovative inventory management. Adrian's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Virginia Premier, where responsibilities spanned the startup of appeal and grievance teams and managing health services operations, as well as positions at HCA Healthcare, SunTrust, VCU Health, and Carilion Clinic, showcasing a strong background in operations and customer service. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies/Affairs from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA in Health Services Administration from Strayer University.
