Joel Martinez, M.B.A., currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity for Blue Cross of Idaho since February 2022. With a robust background in risk analysis, Martinez previously held the role of Senior Risk Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, enhancing the enterprise risk management program and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Risk Advisory Consultant at EY and a Senior HRIS Analyst at CenturyLink. Alongside a successful corporate career, Martinez is a Professional Violinist with extensive performance experience in numerous orchestras, highlighting a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
