Scott Riebe

Scott Riebe has over three decades of experience in the technology and management sectors, currently serving as the Director of Systems & Programming at Blue Cross of Idaho since 2000. In this role, Scott has demonstrated a proven ability to implement multi-million dollar business initiatives and transform organizational structures within both business and IT domains. Prior to this position, Scott worked as a Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included managing the Next Generation User Support Program for the Printing Division and developing vendor relationships. Earlier in the career, Scott served as Manager of Information Systems at Ore-Ida Foods, Inc. and as a Programmer/Analyst at Idaho First National Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Planning and a BBA in Information Systems, both from Boise State University.
