Alicia Rockwell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alicia is currently the Chief Government Affairs Officer at Blue Diamond Growers, where they are responsible for leading the company's global advocacy strategies and public affairs activities. Alicia has expertise in agriculture, branded food & beverage, manufacturing, food retailing, sustainability, policy, and issue management. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Blue Diamond Growers.

In addition to their work at Blue Diamond Growers, Alicia is actively involved in the almond industry. Alicia serves as the Chair of the Government Relations Committee at Almond Alliance of California. Alicia is also a member of the Agriculture Trade Advisory Committee ATAC Fruit/Veg at the USDA.

Alicia's experience also extends to the education sector, where they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Modesto Junior College, teaching public speaking and leadership skills.

Earlier in their career, Alicia worked at Providian Financial as a Training Manager, where they trained and managed financial service and sales representatives.

Alicia Rockwell completed their education at various institutions throughout their life. In 1982, they graduated from Alhambra High School without earning a degree or specifying a field of study. Alicia then attended California State University, Chico from 1986 to 1993, where they obtained both a B.A. and an M.A. degree in Organizational Communication. More recently, from 2019 to 2021, Alicia pursued a Public Leadership Credential at the Harvard Kennedy School, without specifying a particular field of study.
