Frances Dillon

Frances Dillon has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. In their most recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Diamond Growers, they oversee human resources strategies and initiatives. Prior to that, Frances held positions at HSBC, where they served as the Global Head of People Strategy & Culture and the US Head of Talent, Organizational Development & Diversity & Inclusion. Frances was responsible for managing talent planning, culture transformation, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before joining HSBC, Frances worked at HSBC North America and HSBC Card & Retail Services in various human resources roles.
