Jack McClellan

Jack McClellan is an experienced operations management professional with a strong background in contract manufacturing and industrial performance. Currently serving as the Operations Excellence Senior Manager at Blue Diamond Growers since October 2021, Jack previously held various managerial roles at Nestlé from June 2006 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing contract manufacturing relationships, leading cost-saving initiatives, and driving productivity improvements across multiple factories. Jack's extensive experience also encompasses coaching, training, and mentoring in project management and engineering disciplines, along with a solid foundation in quality control from the initial career stage as a Quality Control Engineer at Trim Masters Inc. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.
