Micheal Garcia

Micheal Garcia has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles, currently serving as the DC Senior Team Leader at Blue Diamond Growers since May 2014, with previous positions including Shipping and Inventory Team Leader, Operations Team Leader, Training Coordinator, and Shipping Operator. Prior to this, Micheal served in the US Navy from January 2008 to January 2014 as a Reactor Operator, maintaining and operating nuclear reactors on the USS Nimitz, as well as holding the position of Nuclear Electronics Technician. Education includes a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business and Management from Excelsior University, expected completion in July 2024, and training from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command between 2008 and 2010, following graduation from Atwater High School in 2007.
