Currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at Blue Eagle Credit Union since October 2017, Diane oversees human resources, learning, compliance, facilities/security, and marketing functions. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Professional Development at Blue Eagle Credit Union, where responsibility included various HR and training functions. Diane has also held senior positions at BNC Bank, Valley Bank, Fulton Bank, and Resource Bank, focusing on retail banking management, sales integration, and business development. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University and has completed advanced training at the Virginia Bankers Association Bank School of Management.
