Jennifer Clements

Jennifer Clements is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant County Attorney at Blue Earth County since May 2018. Prior to this role, Clements worked as an Assistant County Attorney at Freeborn County Attorney's Office from December 2016 to May 2018, and as a Deputy County Attorney at Lincoln County Attorney's Office from August 2009 to December 2016, where a wide range of felony and misdemeanor cases were prosecuted. Clements also has experience in juvenile cases, legal documentation, court appearances, and training newly hired attorneys. In addition to practical legal experience, Clements served as a Law Clerk at the Nebraska Attorney General's Office, specializing in legal research for appellate briefs. Clements holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Political Science from the University of Minnesota Morris.
