Will Hayler

Will Hayler is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the adventure travel and lifestyle sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Blue Earth Summit since November 2020, Will has been instrumental in fostering purpose-led business initiatives aimed at creating positive change. Will founded The Ticket to Ride Group in February 2005, which encompasses various organizations offering globally recognized qualifications in surfing, skiing, and snowboarding. Previously, Will served as CEO of Wavelength Media Co., overseeing a full-service creative agency and the renowned Wavelength Surf Magazine. Will's leadership roles also include Directorships at Ticket to Ride Surf Academy, Errant Surf Holidays, Ticket to Ride Travel, and Basecamp Ski and Snowboard, all contributing to the growth and integration of the Ticket to Ride Group. Will holds a 2:1 degree in Politics from Newcastle University, completed in 2005.
