Currently serving as the Academic Operations Manager at Blue Education since January 2025, James previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Leading Education, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and academic curriculum staff, as well as leading the transition to ed-tech platform-based learning. Prior experience includes heading operations and innovation at Insight Education and managing charity programs at Insight Outreach, where James led the Oxbridge Mentoring Scheme. Additional roles include summer camp management in Hong Kong and coordination for the China Britain STEAM Education Union. James holds a BA Hons in Classics from the University of Cambridge and a Classics Award from King's College School Wimbledon.
