Carolyn Williams began their work experience in 1989 as an Inventory Management/Parts Logistics Specialist for the US Army, where they worked until 1993. In 2018, they joined Blue Eye Soft Corp as an Officer Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO), and also became a Project Coordinator for Retired Service Members, providing career counseling and assistance to soldiers in the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) and various other programs. Carolyn's work at Blue Eye Soft Corp and as a Project Coordinator is ongoing.

Carolyn Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi, which they attended from 1998 to 2000. carolyn later pursued a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from Colorado Technical University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Carolyn has obtained various certifications, including "Learning YouTube SEO," "Learning BambooHR," "What to Do When There's Too Much to Do (getAbstract Summary)," and "Exam Tips: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent achievement occurring in June 2021.
