Deanne Vogel

Deanne moved to Cheyenne when her father was stationed at F.E. Warren A.F.B. and she was a high school freshman. She graduated from Central H.S., Laramie County Community College, and the University of Wyoming and she has an MBA from Touro University International. She served in the WY Army National Guard from 1978 through 2010, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. She has worked for the Guard as a full-time technician since 1997. Her positions have been the Camp Guernsey Logistics Officer, and Supervisory Logistics Officer, Supervisory Purchasing & Contracting Officer, and the Comptroller at the National Guard Headquarters in Cheyenne. She was assigned as the Comptroller in 2010 and retired in July 2019. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager and a Certified Public Manager. She looks forward to being able to travel and doing things that have been curtailed due to the pandemic.
