Rebecca Thoe-Heuer

Rebecca Thoe-Heuer has extensive experience in risk management and regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Vice President of Risk and Corporate Assets at Blue Federal Credit Union since March 2007. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing areas such as legal, audit, fraud prevention, and physical security. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Risk Manager, administering compliance, internal audit, and business continuity programs. Prior experience includes serving as the Administration Manager at Warren Federal Credit Union from March 2000 to March 2007, overseeing compliance and facilities. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology from the University of Northern Colorado and maintains multiple professional certifications, including CUCE compliance certification and BSA CS.
