Shane Bouchard

Shane Bouchard is an accomplished leader in the development and homebuilding industry with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as President of Blue Fern Development since June 2022, Shane has spearheaded the company's branding and operational strategies. Prior to this, as Chief Development Officer at AHV Communities from July 2019 to May 2022, Shane oversaw multiple critical functions, including acquisitions and land development, while actively sourcing financing and managing project costs. Shane's tenure at Century Communities, Inc. from September 2016 to March 2019 as Division President involved strategic expansion efforts that transformed a start-up division into a thriving operation. Previous leadership roles included Vice President Operations at Frontier Communities and Construction Operations Manager at Wedgewood Inc. Shane's career demonstrates a strong track record in land development, financial management, and organizational growth. Shane studied at Mt. San Antonio College from 1999 to 2000.
