The leadership team at Blue Fever has a long history of experience in a variety of industries. They have been an advisor at SecondMuse, a founding member at Fast Company Executive Board, and a speaker at All Raise Speaker's Bureau. They have also co-produced Flush Revolution at Latrine Dreams LLC. In addition to their experience, they also have a wide range of education histories. They have degrees from the University of Southern California in Broadcast Journalism/Theatre.
