With extensive experience in leadership roles, Chantal was the President of the 5-Star Toastmasters Club and a DEI Task Force Member at the Melbourne Regional Chamber. Previous roles include Accountant & Business Development Lead at Team Holly CPA & Co, achieving a 40% increase in gross profits, and President & Executive Producer at Cafe Impact, where Chantal managed budget savings and produced numerous videos. As the Executive Director/CEO of New Global Citizens, budget reductions and innovative revenue models were implemented, while earlier positions included Trustee at World Learning and financial management roles at Masonite and Bryan Zink, CPA, PA. Chantal holds a BA in International Studies from the University of South Florida, an MS in Management from the School for International Training, and is a Certified Financial Planner, having studied at Northwestern University.
