Rodman Schley

Rodman Schley, MAI, SRA, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Blue Fusion Capital since January 2021, focusing on investments in short-term vacation rental properties across the United States and select international markets. Previously, Rodman held the position of Senior Managing Director at BBG Inc from September 2016 to March 2024, leading valuation and advisory services in commercial real estate. In 2021, Rodman served as the National President of the Appraisal Institute, a global association of real estate appraisers. Additionally, Rodman created and hosted "Urban Conversion," a television show developed in 2009, which aired nationally on PBS. As President of 9-Ball Studios, Rodman oversaw the production of various television projects. Earlier in professional career, Rodman was President of Commercial Valuation Consultants from June 2002 to September 2016, emphasizing quality and detail in appraisal services. Rodman Schley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Bellevue University.
