Dallas Knight is a seasoned professional dedicated to empowering female veterans and ensuring their success through various initiatives. As the Founder and President of Operation Juliet since October 2024, Dallas focuses on healing and leadership for female veterans. In parallel, as the Founder and CEO of (not so) Average Jane since January 2024, Dallas champions storytelling and holistic healing for female combat veterans. With a robust background in client success at Blue Light LLC since August 2019, Dallas has held multiple leadership positions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Previous experience includes serving as a Client Technical Solutions Sales Specialist at IBM from January 2014 to August 2019, and as an Intelligence Analyst for both the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Army National Guard from 2006 to 2014. Dallas is also an OIF 2003 combat veteran and holds an education from the College of Southern Nevada.
