Corey Goodnight is an experienced airport operations professional with a diverse background in both the military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Airport Operations Specialist II at Blue Grass Airport since January 2022, Corey previously held the position of Airport Operations Supervisor at Shreveport Regional Airport from May 2021 to January 2022. Corey's career began in the United States Air Force, where roles included Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Training Program Manager, and Barksdale AFB Honor Guard Training Lead from March 2016 to March 2021. Additionally, Corey gained early experience as an Airport Operations Intern at Shreveport Regional Airport in late 2020. Corey holds a Master of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a focus on Aviation Management, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as an Associate's degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
