Mitar Stjepcevic is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership across various industries. Currently working at Tata Steel since February 2024, Mitar also leads a Generative AI Squad at Blue Harvest, where focus has been on creating customer-centric use cases and rebranding initiatives. Previous roles include leading software development projects at Rabobank, where a cloud-based application was developed, and at NICE Ltd, where a data search and playback system was built. With a background that includes consulting in game design and journalism, Mitar holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Novi Sad and Belgrade Metropolitan University, respectively.
