Rajesh R. is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Blue Harvest since February 2024, leading operations in Sweden. Previously, Rajesh held multiple roles at Tietoevry from February 2017 to March 2024, including Head of Engineering for Tietoevry Banking, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring software engineers, defining development processes, and implementing modernization strategies. Rajesh also contributed as Lead Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer within Tietoevry Banking, focusing on product design, technical discussions, and agile practices for cloud-based banking systems. Earlier professional experience includes founding OneZeroEight Solutions, serving as CTO, and working as a Software Engineer at Microsoft on the Skype for iOS project, as well as starting a career at Infosys, where Rajesh developed components for a Channel Incentive program. Rajesh holds a degree in Biotechnology from Panjab University.
