Susan Bradshaw

Susan Bradshaw is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Blue Heron Consulting since November 2021, Susan also provides consulting services at HR Works. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at GTM Pinnacle Human Resources, Director of Human Resources at Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York, and Director of Personnel Services at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany. Additionally, Susan held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at M&T Bank earlier in their career. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Potsdam, graduating summa cum laude.
