Charnice Cush

Charnice Cush has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. They started their career as a Benefits Coordinator at Phoenix House in November 2015, where they assisted employees with enrolling in healthcare plans and provided information and reminders during annual enrollment. They also worked as an Onboarding Specialist at Phoenix House from July 2017 to July 2018, managing the onboarding process for new hires and reducing the average process length.

After leaving Phoenix House, Charnice joined Touro College in July 2018 as a Hiring Coordinator. In this role, they managed full-cycle recruitment for select director and administrator level jobs, tailoring recommendations and strategies to attract candidates internally and externally.
