Lindsay Shepard

Lindsay Shepard has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lindsay is currently the Director of Sales at Blue Heron since March 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Sales Strategist at Blue Heron from October 2021 to April 2023.

Before their time at Blue Heron, Lindsay worked at Toll Brothers, starting as a Sales Associate in May 2016 and later becoming a Sales Manager from April 2017 to July 2019. Lindsay eventually rose to the position of SR Sales Manager from July 2019 to October 2021. At Toll Brothers, they were responsible for building relationships with customers, conducting needs analysis, and providing demonstrations of model homes.

Earlier in their career, Lindsay served as the Co-Owner of Fit Frenzy Las Vegas from September 2014 to September 2015. Lindsay also worked as a Fitness Instructor at Fit4Mom from December 2012 to September 2013, where they led pre and post-natal fitness classes for mothers.

In addition, Lindsay has experience as the Director of Membership at Spring Mountain Motorsports from June 2008 to December 2010, and as a Sales Executive at Viridian Group from 2006 to 2008.

Lindsay Shepard obtained their Associates degree in Visual Communications from FIDM- Los Angeles from 2001 to 2003. Lindsay also obtained a certification as a Fitness Instructor from ACE Fitness. In addition, Lindsay obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent from NRED in February 2007.
