Emily Hutchison

Emily Hutchison is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at blue HF Legal since September 2019, specializing in corporate and commercial law with a focus on technology, communications, and intellectual property. Previously, Emily held the same position at McCarthy Tétrault from May 2016 to August 2019, and worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court of Canada from August 2017 to July 2018. Emily's academic background includes a B.C.L. and LL.B from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill, complemented by exchange semesters at The George Washington University Law School and the University of Leeds.
