Lauren Marks

Lauren Marks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and project management. Currently serving as Maitre D' at Blue Hill At Stone Barns since September 2022, Lauren previously worked as Resort Manager and Retreat Leader at Eden On La Chocolata from November 2021 to August 2022. Freelance work was undertaken at Muz Muz between August 2020 and August 2021. Prior experience includes a Project Manager role for Special Projects and Events at Coach from November 2014 to June 2020 and a position in Visual Production at John Varvatos Enterprises from November 2013 to August 2014. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Visual Merchandising from LIM College (2009-2013) and is currently pursuing RYT 250 certification in Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy at Caribe Yoga Academy since March 2021.

Blue Hill at Stone Barns is a farm-to-table dining experience and a leading voice in the sustainable food movement. Led by chef and author Dan Barber and partners David and Laureen Barber, we have been perennially regarded as one of the world’s most exciting and innovative places to eat, cook, and explore since our opening in 2004. We are located on and partner closely with the Stone Barns Center, an 80-acre working farm in Pocantico Hills, New York. Together, Blue Hill and Stone Barns Center form a passionate research and education community seeking to develop a regional eating culture driven by the needs of the land.
