Rachel Chisholm

Rachel Chisholm serves as Vice President Branch Manager at Rockland Trust since April 2019, overseeing the branch's sales, service, and operational objectives while developing new deposit and loan business. In this role, Rachel mentors employees in business development, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a sales-driven culture to meet branch goals. Additionally, Rachel holds the position of Vice President Area Manager at Blue Hills Bank and previously served as Assistant Vice President-Branch Manager. In recognition of contributions to the community, Rachel received the 2017 Community Bank Hero Award from Bankers and Tradesman. Educational background includes attendance at Stoughton High School and New England College of Business.
