Lee Byrne

Lee Byrne is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and marketing, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Marketing Lead at Lancashire County Council since November 2023. Previously, Lee held multiple roles at McCarthy Recruitment from February 2017 to November 2023, progressing from Recruitment Resourcer to Senior Recruitment Consultant and ultimately to Talent Acquisition & Training Manager. Lee Byrne earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, completing the program in July 2010.
