Frank Luzsicza has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Frank is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Blue INK Security, where they develop innovative solutions to prevent cyber breaches. Prior to this, Frank served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Prophaze - Kubernetes WAF, a company that has grown significantly under their guidance. Frank also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Missouri Western State University.
Frank has held executive positions at TÜV Rheinland Group and TÜV Rheinland North America, where they served as the Executive Vice President, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and CEO. Frank also worked as a Member of the Board of Directors at 2M Consultancy Ltd, a TUV Rheinland Company.
Before their roles at TÜV Rheinland, Frank worked at IBM in various leadership positions, including Director of Security Services for North America and Asia Pacific, as well as Director of Global Technology Services. Frank also held consulting and leadership roles at IBM, specializing in domains such as cybersecurity, insurance industry, and datacenter design.
Frank started their career as a Software Engineer at EY, where they led the development of esecurityonline.com, a security vulnerability management system.
Frank Luzsicza has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Webster University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Missouri Western State University, majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.
