Mark Hayes

Mark Hayes has over 10 years of experience in software development. Mark started their career in 2009 as an Elearning Developer for the Canadian Armed Forces / Forces armées canadiennes. In 2010, they became the Lead Full Stack Web and Mobile Application Developer for Renegade Digital Media Inc., where they developed interactive and engaging e-learning solutions. In 2015, they worked as a Full Stack Developer, developing web and mobile applications in a variety of technologies. Mark also worked as a Senior Front End Developer for Q4 Web Systems, developing and improving existing Node.js solutions. From 2016 to 2019, they worked for Rangle.io, where they held the roles of Technical Director and Software Developer, Solutions Architect. Most recently, they have been the Director of Engineering for Blue J Legal.

Mark Hayes obtained a Computer Programmer Analyst Honours degree from Georgian College between 2008 and 2011. In November 2011, they also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from ScrumAlliance.
