Matthew M.

Matthew M. has over 10 years of professional work experience. Matthew began their career in 2001 as a Senior Level Technician at Epson Canada where they provided level two technical support for Epson printers, scanners, projectors and digital cameras via telephone and e-mail, as well as troubleshot wired and wireless network cards, routers and printer servers in multiple configurations. In 2008, they became a Systems Architect at DATANET Imaging Systems I. In 2009, they took on two roles, one as a Support Specialist at HRWARE and another as a Computer Programmer / Network Admin at Latest Developments Inc. where they supported all technical issues ranging from server setup and configuration to network connectivity issues to end user issues and questions. In 2011, they became a Director / IT Consultant at Mesh Industries Inc. and a Technical Support Specialist at Carbon60 Networks. Matthew provided end to end support for cloud customers including client's application layer for multiple enterprise level environments, participated in on-call rotation in a 24x7x365 environment, and developed custom solutions for special projects. In 2015, they became a Devops Engineer at Destiny Solutions Inc. and in 2016 they took on two roles, one as an Information Security Officer at Wave HQ and another as a DevOps Engineer at Mercatus Technologies Inc. Matthew'smost recent role is Cloud Lead at Blue J, which they began in 2021.

Matthew M. began their educational journey in 2004 when they attended Seneca College to study Electrical Engineering - Computers. Matthew then moved on to the International Academy of Design and Technology in 2005, studying Video Game Design and Development. Finally, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Seneca College again, this time to study Computer Programming.
