Andon Keller

Andon Keller is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience leading operations and service delivery within dynamic environments. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at BlueLabel since October 2022, Andon has held previous roles including VP of Delivery and Director of Client Experience. Prior to BlueLabel, Andon was the Director of Services at PepperDash, overseeing a team of 35 in the design and delivery of SaaS products and custom software. Andon also progressed from a technical project manager to Manager of Project Delivery at PepperDash, where leadership and methodology improvements were emphasized. Earlier in the career, Andon worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Control Systems Engineer, and began in the youth development sector as the Director of Technology for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maryland, focusing on operations and leadership development. Andon holds a degree in Information Systems with a focus on Software Engineering from Salisbury University.
