Eric Ramos

Eric Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insurance and risk management, particularly within tribal governments and enterprises. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Tribal First since September 2023, Eric has previously held significant roles such as President of Business Operations at Blue Lake Rancheria Economic Development Corp. and Senior Vice President of Native American Risk & Insurance at both USI Insurance Services and Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Eric's career also includes leadership as President & CEO of Crossfire Connection, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer for Blue Lake Casino & Hotel. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure as an Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting and a degree in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly Humboldt, earned between 1991 and 1996.
