Blue Light Transition helps police officers navigate life after the job - and land meaningful roles beyond the badge.

Founded by ex-Detective Inspector Janet Barr and recruitment expert Tommy Jones, we combine deep experience from both sides of the hiring table: frontline policing and commercial recruitment.

Whether you're:

Thinking about leaving the police and don’t know where to start

Already out and struggling to find direction or confidence

Or looking for expert help to turn your experience into real-world opportunities

We’re here to guide you - step by step - with coaching, CV and LinkedIn support, interview prep, personal introductions, and lifetime community access.

We’re not a recruiter. We’re not a course.

We’re your transition team — helping you reset, rebuild, and relaunch with purpose.
