James Joven

James Joven is an experienced sales leader with a background in retail management and channel sales. Currently serving as the West Region Director of Sales & MDU at Blue Link Wireless since February 2022, James oversees all retail distribution in multiple locations including Los Angeles and Arizona, along with MDU channel sales. Prior to this role, James spent over 16 years at AT&T, where a progressive career included positions such as Area Authorized Retail Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Retail Sales Manager. Notable achievements include consistent year-over-year productivity growth, employee and customer engagement improvements, and mentoring roles that promoted several team members. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University.
