Lia P. serves as the Director of Training and Development at Blue Link Wireless since April 2024, after a long tenure at AT&T where roles included Performance Consultant, Curriculum Manager, Lead Training Manager, Sr. Training Manager, and Corporate Account Executive II. With extensive experience in developing and implementing training strategies for sales and leadership teams, Lia launched multiple training programs, including new to title courses and micro-learning initiatives affecting thousands of employees. Lia built training curricula, mentored emerging leaders, and integrated technology into training processes, significantly enhancing onboarding and continuous education.
