Terry Richardson has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Terry began their career as a Sales Representative at Unisys in 1985. From there, they moved to Data General, where they held various roles, including Major Account Sales, U.S. Channel Sales, and North America Sales VP. In 1999, they joined EMC Corporation as a Vice President, managing relationships with resellers, OEMs, and distributors in North America. During their tenure at EMC, they also served as the VP of Global OEM Sales and played a key role in negotiating and closing an OEM deal with Dell Computer. In 2005, Richardson became the EVP of Worldwide Sales at SEPATON, where they built a global sales organization and established a major OEM relationship with HP. Terry then joined HP in 2010 and held the positions of Director of OEM Sales, VP of U.S. Storage Channel & Emerging Growth Accounts Storage Sales, and Vice President of Channel Sales for the Enterprise Group. In 2014, Richardson joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they served as the VP & GM of US Enterprise Sales - East and later as the VP of North America Channels & Alliances. Most recently, they joined AMD as the NA Channel Chief, responsible for growing and leading the company's channel business in North America. Additionally, Richardson has been involved in various advisory roles, including being a founding Advisory Board Member at Sales Community and currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Blue Mantis since 2023. Throughout their career, Richardson has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

Terry Richardson attended Boston College from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Marketing.
