Diego Cobo

Diego Cobo has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Diego began their career in 1993 as Co-Founder and General Manager of Cobo Salazar and Company, a uniform manufacturer. In 1991, they joined Carvajal S as Production Manager, where they implemented innovations and improvements that reduced costs and increased efficiency by 20%. From 1997 to 2010, they held various roles at Goya Foods Inc., culminating in Multi-Plant Manager. At Dean Foods from 2010 to 2012, they were a Multi-Plant CI Manager, responsible for training and coaching teams and manpower in continuous improvement activities. From 2012 to 2017, they were the National Manufacturing Operations Director at Gloria, South America's largest Dairy processing and drinks bottling company. From 2017 to 2020, they were Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Coca-Cola FEMSA, the world's largest bottler of Coca Cola products. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they were Senior Director of Operations at Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc VPX, one of the US fastest growing energy drinks companies. Diego is currently Vice President of Operations at Blue Marble Productions, Inc., & Blue Marble Cocktails, Inc.Indiana, a fast growing beverage manufacturer.

Diego Cobo studied at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor in Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Diego then attended Texas Wesleyan University from 1997 to 2011, where they completed an Advanced English Program. In 2014, they received a Professional Certificate from Universidad del Pacifico (Peru) in Finance.
