Lauren Kappel

Lauren Kappel's work experience began in 2007 at Aerotek Engineering, where they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in placing contract professionals in the Energy industry. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Translations.com, first as a Sales Associate and later as the Director of Business Development, where they created and maintained relationships with clients and generated interest in the company's services and technologies. Lauren then joined Dow Jones as a Senior Sales Executive in 2011, responsible for selling digital media solutions. In 2013, they joined ADP as a Workforce Consultant and District Manager, providing business outsourcing and human capital management solutions to clients. Lauren moved to Blue Marble Payroll in 2015, starting as a Regional Sales Executive and later becoming the Director of Channels & Partnerships, where they managed key strategic partnerships and drove exponential growth in the partnership channel. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales at Blue Marble Payroll.

Lauren Kappel completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
