Jonas Snyder

Jonas Snyder has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Strategic Account Executive at Blue Mountain, a leading company in Life Sciences GMP Asset Management. In this role, they coordinate maintenance, calibration, and validation management to ensure GMP compliance.

Prior to this, Jonas worked as a Majors West - SDR at Phenom, a global HR technology company. Jonas leveraged their single platform to enhance talent experience and team effectiveness, using tools like CRM, Personalized Career Sites, and Automated Scheduling.

Jonas also served as a Technical Recruiter at Motion Recruitment, focusing on software engineering jobs in the Greater Philly area. Jonas provided job market insights, interview preparation, and helped candidates find roles they were genuinely excited about.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, Jonas gained valuable experience as a Peer Advisor at Bucknell University, where they served as a liaison between the university and the Sigma Chi fraternity.
