Margaret Shillinger

Margaret Shillinger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Margaret started their career as a Cyber Security Intern at Rajant Corporation in May 2020. Following that, they joined Penn State University as a Teaching Assistant, where they provided student evaluation and support, including adapting to online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. In March 2021, Margaret became a Software Implementation Analyst at Blue Mountain, where they worked closely with customers to assess and configure application environments. Margaret then advanced to the role of Business Process Analyst 1, where they focused on customer service and process optimization. Currently, Margaret is a Product Manager at Blue Mountain, responsible for defining the strategic product roadmap and collaborating with different departments to ensure successful product launches. Overall, Margaret Shillinger has gained experience in software implementation, customer service, and product management through their various roles.

Margaret Shillinger obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Penn State University, studying from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Linux Mastery Certificate of Completion from Udemy in July 2020 and the Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from Product School in May 2023.
