Rikke Voldsgaard Risager

Rikke Voldsgaard Risager has held several roles throughout their work experience. From 2013 to the present, they have worked for Blue Ocean Robotics, where they served as the Vice President of Innovation from 2013 to 2016 and currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked for the municipality of Faaborg midtfyn from 2009 to 2013 as an Educational Psychological consultant.

Rikke Voldsgaard Risager has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2007, they attended University College Lillebælt, but they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during that time. In 2008, they began studying at University College Lillebælt again and received a Diploma in Psychology in 2011. During the same period, they also pursued a Special Needs Education (AKT-Counselor) degree. In 2012 to 2013, they attended Copenhagen Business Academy (CBS) and obtained a Diploma in Management. In 2016 to 2017, they completed a program at Master-Value People where they became certified in MPA (personality test) and ACE (cognitive test) with a focus on Recruitment, Coaching, and Psychology. Rikke Voldsgaard Risager also attended the Wealth Coaching Academy in Canada for Life and Stress Coaching, although the specific dates of attendance are unknown. In 2018 to 2020, they studied at Neokognitivt Institut and achieved certification as a Neocognitive Therapist specializing in Metacognitive Therapy. Currently, it is known that they are pursuing a BSc/MSc in Psychology from the University of Essex.
