Manisha Bhatotia

Manisha Bhatotia began their work experience in 2013 as an HR Support Specialist at Mastech. In this role, they handled internal jobs for the entire organization and managed job boards. Manisha then joined Blue Ocean Ventures in 2015 as a US IT Recruiter. In this position, they worked closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements and was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Manisha Bhatotia pursued their education in a chronological order. Manisha completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from CMJ during the period of 2009 to 2012, specializing in the field of Commerce. Prior to that, they obtained their 12th degree from HSSS Rewari in 2009 with a focus on Commerce studies. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2014, Manisha attended ICSI New Delhi where they obtained a degree in Company Secretary (CS). The field of study for this degree encompassed subjects such as Company Law, Management, Statistics, Economics, and Business Communication.
